Mediation Services

What is Mediation?

Mediation is a highly successful dispute resolution process that provides people with an opportunity to find solutions to their conflicts without going to court.   Mediation is a voluntary, private process in which a trained mediator assists the participants in exploring their own interests, understanding the perspective of the other, and, if possible, reaching an agreement that they consider satisfactory.
